Cox & Cox Gift Voucher

I've purchased a £50 gift voucher from them for a Christmas gift.

The postage was £5.95 - it has arrived today in an A5 sized outer envelope, but just the voucher inside it, no envelope for the voucher or anything.

I really was expecting a bit better and feel a bit ripped off! To add insult to injury it's pretty bent as well!

I would definitely let them know you are disappointed.
I recently ordered a snowy alpine Christmas tree and it was delivered whilst I was out - earlier than the stated delivery time and left on the doorstep in a box that clearly stated what it was and where it came from - no outer packaging bag or anything .Luckily we are back off the road a bit otherwise it could have been easily taken.
I'm really pleased with the tree though .
