Anyone have any experience of car roof storage bags

Hi,
Going camping at the weekend and could do with more storage so been looking at a storage bag for the roof, I don't have rails on the roof so thinking of getting one that goes into the car and clips together.
I didn't even know these things existed until today so wondering about anyone's experiences with them.

Hi,
We have one and it is very good as we couldn't fit all of the stuff in the car when we go camping.

Note, the strap comes in the car and connects inside the car, I'm very tall and it is right by my head when we had one strap in the front and one in the back, on the return journey we moved it back and put both straps in the back with no issues.

Also depending on the curve of your car roof you might have to put only soft/flexible stuff in or at least put a layer of soft stuff in before putting anything solid in as we did.

The last thing is that I'm very tall so getting the stuff in wasn't too much of an issue for me on our Mondeo so you need to factor in your size and the car or take a step😉
