What’s on your Xmas list?

People keep asking me what I would like for Christmas, I really have no idea! I always revert to practical things like face cream or bubble bath, or naughty choccies.
What are you putting on your list ladies? 🎄 🎅🏻

I’m no help here Louise, as I never have any ideas either. DH and I don’t buy each other anymore as if we want anything we just get it. It was my 60th recently and I didn’t have anything from him for that other than a holiday away together (which is a very generous gift ). My children didn’t have any idea what to get me, DD did well and bought a very thoughtful bracelet which had a lot of meaning to me, plus my favourite luxury chocolates and hot chocolate drink. DS bought me a, very nice but generic, Sanctuary Spa toiletry set and a bottle of flavoured vodka (even though I don’t like flavoured spirits 🤷 )

I must admit I’m no better with getting gifts though as I have no idea what to get DS, his fiancée or DD’s boyfriend for Christmas (DD is easier). I love Christmas but I must admit I’m finding gift buying increasingly difficult each year as everything is so expensive now and I don’t want to waste money buying unwanted gifts but find it difficult to know what people want, as I think most people just buy things that they want for themselves more now

I’ve already told our 4 children I don’t want anything and would prefer them to make a donation to charity in my name.
I tell them this every year but they don’t do it and I usually get vouchers for a meal or an afternoon tea along with wine and chocolates.
For my birthday this year they gave me dollars which I did appreciate and I used them to buy a Pandora necklace.

I have a few go-to gifts if anyone asks me, they're things I love and will use but they're treats - Lush bath bombs, Whispering Angel Rose, Garner tissue face masks, or Elemis superfood skincare.

I like gardening things, new gardening gloves or a new gadget or a plant or bulbs.

I'm going to ask for gift cards probably. I found a rather expensive restaurant for Christmas dinner and told Dh that's his present to Me and my present to him. He said he doesn't want it, he wants me to cook and he wants something else. 😂
My daughter wants a puppy but that's not happening either, that's why I've decided to go out. My daughter's getting me a fluffy dressing gown, I'm buying everyone token gifts from New York 😊

DH has got bits put away that I've pointed out through the year - best bit is I can't remember most of them I love the Laila perfume from the Norway pavilion in Epcot so I know he's got that.
My wish list is a couple of books, and some nice candles and chocs.

My husband does that but he's rubbish at hiding them. I was looking for a table cloth in the garage and found perfume, mascara and UGG slippers!
