Random things children/grandchildren have ask for..

My granddaughter has asked Father Christmas for……a typewriter….and a dictionary! Well FC told her they are really hard to get these days…..well he doesn’t know Nana!

I got this beauty for her from a charity shop..I just need to get a new ribbon for it, and give it a clean. 😍

I’ve bought DS19’s girlfriend a highland cow. Not a real one obviously.😂 I’ve adopted one and you get a certificate with a QR code which you scan and can see the cows. She loves highland cows so I’m hoping she’ll like it. I also went down the traditional route and got her Pandora. 😂

Granddaughter 4 wants gingerbread measuring cups and spoons and a gingerbread apron my friend out there raided Target dollar spot this morning and got them
Grandsons 7/8 want mint Oreo’s and nerf gun bullets that will beat said granddaughter she wipes them out in any nerf battle she’s a crack shot and it bugs them rotten
18 year old granddaughter wants something for her horse only available in the us so it’s ordered
DS 3 wants a proper old fashioned wind up alarm clock cause he’s on a no technology in the bedroom kick and that includes a digital clock and that’s been the hardest thing to find

I loved my typewriter and it’s now vintage and sits in DHs office and is used a lot

We have Ninga turtle marvel Barbie care bear ones bought in Target and they stink better than the rubbish here even the grown ups use them

One of mine has been watching YouTube christmas morning opening videos in her friends house and now wants santa to bring them the filled candy canes with rolo's, hershey kisses and reeces pieces in them. And of course I can only find them in America 🤦
Have now had to join some Facebook groups to try and find someone who either does pickups in Walmart or ships from Walmart. Probably will cost me an arm and a leg too.

Years ago, one of my nanny children at the time asked for an air guitar! When we tried to clarify if he meant he wanted a guitar he was absolutely adamant that no he really wanted an air guitar hehe. His parents got him a paper jamz toy guitar in the end which he was absolutely thrilled with!

Last year, we were in Florida at the beginning of December and Melvin did a tour of Sunset Lakes on a made up sledge in his Santa suit that he brought from home then him spoke to the children.
One little girl asked him for a big tub of ice cream a very Florida thing
Melvin will have his Santa suit on from today for local playgroups in our area.
