Booking PE Seats

We have booked a package with VH and were told that we could book our seats at 331 days out. On previous trips we have booked the outbound seats at 331 and then return at 331. This time our Manage My Booking says we can’t book outbound until the return are released. Unfortunately our local Virgin store where we booked has closed, so I tried clarifying it with a web chat, but was eventually told they outbound “may” be released tomorrow, 331days, and we “might” get an email with our reference number, but we would just have to check tomorrow. Has the system changed and I am wrong thinking I should be able to book seats tomorrow? Ideally I would prefer not to have to ring Virgin as the number we have loos like a premium rate number.

Call Virgin Atlantic and ask if your outbound flight has been released. If it has they can book your seats for you. We did this last week for our flights next year. The date on the Virgin Holiday Manage My Booking will be based on your return flight.
