We are here too. Warm weather but not much sun. Ideal for parks but a bit disappointing on our pool days. We bought about 10 bottles of sun cream and we have only used it once. Was hoping to utilise that space in the suitcase going home 🤨

I'm here right now too and I've been lathering on sunblock for most days this week, especially yesterday and today where I've had sunblock and been walking around for at least a couple hours with sunglasses because the sun was so bright! I am very scared of getting sunburnt though (bad experience as a teenager when I got badly sunburnt after a day in the sun and then had first really painful skin, then peeling skin for weeks afterwards...)

We are here just now having been the last three years in September and October.
The big difference for us is the drop in humidity. It can still be quite muggy but nowhere near as oppressive as the hotter months. You can go into the shade and feel a difference from being out in the sun. We've had some meals outside which isn't something we've done before. All in all its very pleasant and as a bonus you get to avoid the start of the nasty temperatures back home. We're currently at Animal Kingdom Lodge and the car was showing 32 degrees yesterday. There's not been much rain either. We would certainly come back at this time of year again. Edited at 06:02 PM. |

November time...
I have always gone in September... Is November a dearer time to go... I would be flying from LGW and hopefully staying at one of Disney Value Hotel. I have never been another time of the year, except September and thought it would be lovely to see Disney World at a different time. Thanks for any help.

great weather and great prices in the post-thanksgiving day sales - both online and in the malls, therefore, I tend to do my Xmas shopping in Florida in November.
We don't tend to do the parks although may squeeze in a Mickey's Xmas party to get a Disney fix. We see the fountains in Orlando airport on arrival and when we return they've turned that area into a lovely Xmas tree |
