Hampton Inn Convention Center
Has anyone stayed since the hotel has been refurbished ? Looking to book for May but wondered if the rooms have fridges ? Some websites say they do, but the hotel direct website doesn't mention them.
Thanks |

We haven’t been since the refurb but have always had a fridge every other year.
Will find out July/Aug. We got it at the lowest price I have seen this year, £800 for 14 nights with breakfast. Bargain. Edited at 01:09 PM. |

We booked through Stayforlong.com but put our dates into the google search and it compared all the prices. They fluctuate all the time so I kept looking until it was under £60 night.

We have also booked this hotel. Just wondering which restaurants you can walk to from the hotel? Is there are a supermarket nearby? Thanks 😊

The hotel is in a great location.
2 minutes walk to Millers Alehouse which offers the best value around. Good food and cheap beer ! Olive Garden is across the road along with Bahama Breeze and many others. A nice 10- 15 minute stroll gets you to the Orlando Eye and dozens of restaurants on the way. |

We have stayed here before but was about 5 years ago hence my original question about the fridges.
I agree that there are many restaurants within walking distance. If you have a look on google maps you will see everything between Icon park and pointe orlando are easy walking distance. The supermarket we use is Publix which is just 5 mins drive down Universal Blvd. There is also a Walgreens within a couple of mins walk which is fine for drinks, snacks etc. Have a great holiday |
