How to do specific room requests at POFQ

So, as I'm a bit bored I have been playing about with MDE and ended up doing on line check in. It gave me the option of certain types of request which I think were corner room and near transportation but it didn't give me the option of anything more specific. I would like to request ground floor and so was wondering how I should do this. Do I email the hotel nearer the time or is there another way?

I had the same options as yourself. It would be interesting to know whether you could email them in advance. I think touring plans you can request they send a fax, or you used to be able to I am not sure whether you still can.

Did you book direct with Disney? If so ring them. I do that every time I go and so have always got what I want.

The only choice you have is the room level you paid for. However you can express additional preferences. Your mileage will vary they are far from guaranteed. At POFQ you may for example ask for a ground floor or upper floor room or a corner room. Don�t ask for a river view if you�ve paid for a standard view though for example.
