We stayed there 3 years ago via Virgin Holidays... loved it!
We usually stay the other way on the 192 & must admit when we turned off & saw all the motel-style buildings before it I was worried but it’s all gated & immaculate... staff were fab & our unit was spotless & modern (& the hot tub was amazing) Infact we would have booked again for this trip but Virgin no longer offered it... would go back
Only prob we had was one day pool was full of spring breaker teenagers that were loud & very excitable... so we left (as son with ASD couldn’t cope) but it wasn’t a huge problem...
We stayed in a new ish 2 bed townhouse

Stayed there 3 years ago. Loved it! House was lovely although a bit dirty in places. The outside patio was rotten but we complained and maintenance came and cleaned it straight away. Hot tub was amazing! The only thing that ruined it for us was very noisy neighbours. They’d come in from the parks at 9-10pm and put on a BBQ and party till about 2am! We were also a long way from the pool so had to drive there if we wanted to use it. But I’m actually looking to book again for August. Prices seem pretty good. It’s in a great location as well. We had a family of raccoons visit us every night ❤️ obviously had nothing to do with me feeding them 😉

Yes, we stayed for 3 weeks in 2018 and rented a love DIBB villahttp://regaloaksproperty.co.uk/

Fantastic location, lovely house and great onsite facilities. We found it really easy to get around and although we had a car, we did use Uber to get the parks some days as it worked out cheaper than paying for parking plus we could have a cheeky drink with dinner The clubhouse and pool facilities were brilliant and our kids loved it. There is a height restriction on the slides so best to check that out but there is plenty of other things to do to. The townhouse we rented was overlooking the lake and very close to the clubhouse (literally a minute work) but if you were located on another part of the site you may have further to walk/drive to the clubhouse. We'd return and i'm sure you'll have a great time

We stayed there a few years ago (its been updated since then I believe). We booked direct with an ownerso we got a great price. We loved it even then, great location. I wouldn't mind staying there again but last few trips weve got used to having our own pool.

wow! just looked at some pics, completey dfferent from when we stayed, it wasnt even finished then (think it was 2010 - time flies)

we are another who had noisy neighbours which put us off - I did look for the number of security in the house but couldn't find it so might be an idea to ask for it on check in just in case. 2 nights running we were kept awake from different houses so put us off going back.

Looks a great place to stay, I agree with the above post don’t forget to get security’s number just incase., you could have noise issues anywhere I suppose, we stayed at the Polynesian once for one night and the neighbour next to us were so loud and even when we called someone they were quiet for half hour and then got louder, it finished at 4am in the morning. Everyone is not considerate on holiday, it’s such a shame as we all want to enjoy ourselves.
