Premier Inn Manchester Airport

Hi all,

Hoping someone here may be able to help me.

I'm looking to book the night before our flight to stay at the Premier Inn at Manchester Airport, however there are 2 and looking at the photos on their websites there seems to be no difference except the price.

Can anyone shed some light for me as to if there is anything I need to know? We will be booking a family room. I'm all for saving a pound or ten so if there really is no difference then I'll book the cheapest.

Thanks all

I’ve seen this on a thread recently. I believe the only difference is the size of the rooms due to the layout (family rooms etc.)

I think car parking is £10 a night at both now. It use to be free!

I’ve noticed prices have gone down today. I saw it on hotukdeals as I’ve been looking for July’20. Seems like a good time to purchase a 1 night stay.

Oooh didn't know the prices had gone down, they were £56 and £65 depending which one you booked the other day when I was looking

Edited to add - just seen the Hot Deals prices and they are the same

We stayed in a Premier Inn in Handsforth ( apologies if name not exactly correct) last October before flying to NYC/Florida. Very close to airport and easy route. Cheap family room and the pub attached was lovely - nice food and customer service. Did not pay for parking just gave our reg details.

Should have said we liked it so much booked again for our trip to Italy in July - family room £29.50. ( no breakfast).

We don't have to worry about parking a car as we will be flying into Manchester on the afternoon of the Sun and our Virgin flight is on the Mon morning, its really just for somewhere to sleep. Would love to be able to justify the Radisson but at 6 times the price of the PI its a no go haha

This is what I thought was the case and so really am confused about the price difference. Likely I'll just book the cheapest then haha

We always stay in South but that was because it was the one we booked first time and it was fine so we just stook with it. They are bang opposite each other, the South has shower and toilet in bathroom, sink in bedroom whi h we liked cos more than one person could be getting ready at a time, the family room had two beds double beds whereas I think North is a double and two singles? We used to book then when had booking number would ring and request a quiet room on top floor... No overhead noise and facing airport so you don't get motorway traffic noise... Always hapoy to do so
