How long before Passport expiration required RCL
I’ve posted this on the general forum but you guys might be more in the know. We go to the Greek Isles - leaving from Venice in November. My passport expires in February. I just assumed it was ok as the passport rules for the countries state validity for length of stay only required but some people have suggested today I need 6 months for,a cruiseAnyone know ? I did online cruise check in and it’s been accepted but I will phone in the morning but wondered if anyone on here could advise?

It will depend on the ports you are visiting and there country's rules
As what the cruise company will stipulate doesn't matter even if you intend not to disembark emergencys must be covered |

The passenger contract for RCL states that a valid passport and visa (where appropriate) for each country visited is required. No reference to having six months on passport. It emphasises that it is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain necessary travel documents.

Thanks, I decided to send for a new one and I received it 6 days later so I’m not going to have to worry about it
