Booking direct with BA (Man - Heathrow transfer)
Good afternoon!
I was just wondering if anyone had ever booked direct with BA and what the flight transfer was like at Heathrow from Manchester? Cheers in advance |

Don’t know about the Manchester transfer but we are literally just home from LA from Glasgow with the stop at Heathrow.
I don’t have any issues with BA. I know a few people do but I have always had as good an experience with them as anyone else. The trip there was good with a couple of hours to pass. The trip back had a bit longer at Heathrow today , 3.5 hrs, but that was us on the earliest flight. The only thing is that my flight time back up to Glasgow changed twice since I booked it at the beginning of the year. They must have either moved or cancelled the original flight. I book direct with them. I never have an issue with this. In fact I currently have 2 more bookings with them for next year. At least there is plenty to keep you busy at terminal 5 if you do have time to spare. |

I always book with BA when I go to LA and this includes the MAN-LHR. I’d suggest making sure you have a couple of hours between flights because I’ve always been delayed going to London meaning I’ve only just got to the plane in time! No time to look around Heathrow. I’m going in May and have booked 3 hours between getting to London and the flight to LA.
