Booked Avis via BA

Booked a full size with our flights with BA. says Inclusive insurance so am assuming I shouldn’t need to buy any other insurance apart from the tyre, glass which I probably dont want. Also ticked the box for gps and booster seat but they don’t show the cost and says subject to availability, now I’ve seen the cost I’ll buy a gps and bring a booster. Assuming I just tell them I don’t want them when I pick up the car.

Hi. Personally I would get BA to remove it from the booking as opposed to dealing with it in the garage when there.

The less interaction with the staff the better! Less things to go wrong then and no potential of being charged for what you haven't had when you drop the car off.

As Tom says get BA to remove it from the booking or you may find your self getting ripped off when you get there

We've pre-paid for the car but no gps or seat. In fact they say if available so guess we should be ok.

If you have ticked GPS and child seat when you arrive to collect it will of been added to your booking on arrival your car cost will be paid with the BA voucher and there will be added costs for the seat and the GPS plus any taxes they add with the charges.

It will be x amount of dollars times the amount of days.

I would advise to remove it from your booking before you travel

Your special requests will be sent to Avis, however these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of these items is not included in your booking. Avis will charge for them at time of pick up.
