Just to get it absolutely straight in my mind, Economy Baggage Allowance is 23kg in the hold, 10k in cabin baggage case together with a back pack with usual handbag type items inside?

One item up to 23 kg in hold.

One item of hand luggage up to 10 kg/ 22 lbs, with maximum dimensions of 23 x 36 x 56 cm/ 9 x 14 x 22 in on �Economy� and �Premium Economy� fares. Passengers may also bring a small handbag or small rucksack on board.

There is now 3 Economy Classes, Light with only hand luggage 10kg, Classic & Delight with hand luggage 10kg and suitcase 23kg. I alway take a smaller bag in my hand luggage for passports in addition to my cabin case.

Or normal rucksack instead of the small handbag

. Basically just as long as it will go under the seat in front.

I didn�t know this... for my hand luggage I usually take just a rucksack... off to google the lightest cabin baggge available...

We returned last week, and used our baggage allowance to the absolute max! We both had a carry on case and a rucksack/handbag.

Our suitcases were 22.9 and 23.1kg

- apparently the absolute max Virgin will accept is 24kg (was told this at MCO check in ). The largest carry on was weighed too (9.5 kg!)

I never travel without my luggage scales...

We mananged 23.1 and 23.8 on the way out. Ohhhh I panicked!

23.3 on the way home (we bought a new one), then 19.9 and 20.4! Far too much luggage 😂😂. They didn�t weigh either of our cabin bags but we have small looking cases. Mine had 9kg in it when we weighed at home before leaving. Nightmare 😂
