Who's planning 2020
but has still not been on their 2019 trip yet?
It dawned on DW and I that our twin DD's will be off at Uni next year, so a "cheaper" and quieter vacation would be possible for 2020. We are having three weeks after their A levels next year, along with their older sister, so think we deserve some r and r. We are looking at early in the year to get away from the British winter, so maybe Feb/March.

Me! Started thinking about it today actually. We are going in May 2019 and then I have to use up some premium economy upgrade vouchers by June 2020 so have started thinking about best time to go.
We need school holidays ideally but not helped by our children being in different schools and having different term dates. Choices are either the usual May time (which we will have done three times) or perhaps going for Easter at the end of March/beginning of April. Am worried that it will be busier and harder to get the flights we need at Easter, but would mean at least one of our children is not missing any school time because if we go in May then they both miss 6 school days which I want to avoid if possible in 2020. Been thinking about accommodation too and if DDP offer is still available might go for a few nights at universal followed by a deluxe Disney stay. Less than 220 days till I can book for 2020! |

I’m planning our 2020 trip, it will be for 7 of us ( 3 kids and 2 partners) our last family holiday as they all have their own lives and the last one would have finished university that year 👍🏻

I cannot decide whether to do two weeks in April, for my 50th or to go late November / early December as I would like to see the Christmas decorations.
