Birmingham Dibbers - need a restaurant recommendation

We're off to Cadbury World tomorrow and then the NEC on Sunday for the Good Food Show, staying near the M42 on Saturday night. Can anyone recommend somewhere nice/convenient we can head to for dinner? It'll be me DH, DD and DS so we're just looking for somewhere family-friendly that's easy to get to after Cadbury World.

I was going to suggest Resorts World, but then see you want somewhere close to Cadbury World? That�s the other side of the city for me, a side I never venture to, so no idea.
Resorts World is actually where the NEC is and has restaurants, bars and a cinema 🙂

Thanks, I've heard about that - we're staying in the Premier Inn near Hockley Heath which I think is just down the M42 from the NEC so that might be a possibility.

The Barn which is a Beefeater restaurant is in Hockley Heath 🙂

There is a Miller and Carter in Hockley Heath. If you head towards Shirley, 10-15 mins away on the A34 (other side of junction 4 island) you pass a Harvester and in Shirley there is a Nando's, Prezzo, Pizza Express. There is free parking in Asda Parkgate.
