OP. If you book via a UK website invariably all Insurances are included. If in doubt come back on here with what you are considering.

You must have Supplementary Liability Insurance at $1.000.000 for total coverage plus Collision Damage Waiver. Also all airport taxes and fees included.

Loads of us on here use Alamo by choice as you can select your own car from the row at the airports.
