Just joined while here!

We have 225 points at copper creek did the deal of buying 200 and getting 25 free points per year and seen as though we are already booked for next year we have 450 points in bank ready to rent out.

Aiming to pay it off in 3 years

Can't wait to end our holiday by going to the top of the world lounge

Get straight onto Davids if I were you- you should pocket $6300 very quickly which will nicely offset some of that purchase price. You could rent on here, but you will likely get lots of requests for 2 nights etc- that is quite a lot of points to rent and I personally couldn't be doing with the hassle of dealing with queries, prepping individual contracts etc.

Hi All,

We're also here now and considering buying at Copper Creek. What's this extra 25 point thing? It wasn't explained to us!

They give you 25 extra I think if you buy 200.

As an aside, I'd suggest maybe doing full research, including on resale before pushing any buttons. Unless you need finance (not a great idea buying on finance IMO) you can buy from home easily when you've done your research. No need to rush in there.

Wow I didn’t know about the extra 25 points! Is that on top of the incentives?

No the incentives are ‘either’ ‘or’
You either have the discount on the cost of 200points or you get 25 ‘free’ points with the purchase of 200 at the full cost of 180 per point.
You cannot have both offers on the same purchase.

Ah ok, thanks for the clarification. The 225 points is tempting!
