Help please avis car hire

Thanks everyone, we are staying in the hard rock hotel so we went and spoke to the avis rep there and we now have a receipt with a zero balance, fingers crossed it will be the same at the airport on return, thanks again we appreciate the advice

When you book via BA there is a voucher on your Avis booking worth the amount you paid, this voucher covers all the costs you agreed when booking through BA.
You bill shows the total you booked for on returning the car providing you have not added any extras used tolls or had a call out for anything not included in the insurance cover then your bill will be the value you agreed and the voucher on yur account will bring your remaining balance to zero.
