120 SSR resale in 2016 for $84 per point and then added on 50 at SSR direct for $141 per point.

265 all at BCV. 1st contract was 165 @ $69 per point in 2002, then we added on 100 a year later at $74 a point as felt we'd want enough for a 1 bed.

Our calculations were worked out on going 2 years out of every 3 and having enough for 12 nights at BCV in Summer holidays or around May half term.

We have 820 BLT points, most with the same Use Year but two small contracts with different Use Years.

We bought 185 direct in 2008 for $112 and then the rest over five add-ons. The two other Use Years are a pain in the neck because of the transfer rules so might sell them and find a BLT contract with the same Use year.

Would like to add on another 100 or so but the price is very high at the moment

175 at SSR $11900 including closing, deposit was paid at $1.76 but the £ bottomed whilst waiting for ROFR & I think we paid at $1.46 - Which is a really good rate today !
