No, he wasn't to bad just said its the same mum and then went off and did some situps😂. It's so easy when the numbers are going down. His Nan has said she will pay him if he can lose some more, always a good instentive withDS he loves his money

Lol don't they all, I have to bribe my daughter at the minute so we can take dog out for a walk 😂🐶😂, sounds like he's fine with this week's weigh in and a little bit of an incentive never heard anyone, if he's anything like my daughter he will have plans for his bonus x

DS went on the scales today and lost 2lb👍 superproud of him this week he has been really good.x

Thank you. At the moment everything is slotting into place and he is getting very competitive with me and also my brother who is also trying to loss weight. Can you tell we are going on holiday😉

Lol must admit I've ramped up my dieting in prep for out holiday... I've been half heartedly following slimming world for ages and have done well but when I have an off day I've noticed it turning into an off few days a lately 🙄😳, so trying extra hard at the minute

🤣🤣i know what you mean, i am back at work this week and back on the 5.2😣Even though i am supposed to be calorie counting with DS when he isn't here i don't do it😳 i know lead by example😉

Quick update. DS is a 1lb off losing a stone. I am so proud of him

Thats fantastic-my ds13 has autism and could do with a healthier diet but its so hard as you know as the sensory issues make it more difficult to change his diet.we will keep trying though
