No, I am not sure - but thought it said it had to be spend in advance when I set up my account and added my cruise.

Seems like it would be cheaper to add in advance - the way the RC website spiel sounds! I'd like to add the internet and yeah, buy drinks as we go would be good.

Yes I agree with this, can usually spend OBC onboard

Fab - stuff thanks. Looks like the dinning room may have one formal night on our cruise, so guess that will be buffet for us that night - won't have dressy clothes.

Is there room for cases in the cabins….look a bit snug!

Yeah we don't do formal nights, and we use the buffet those nights

On a cruise you can normally stash your cases under the bed, however on our RCI I think we just stood our cases in the huge wardrobe now I think back. There was adequate storage on Mariner, so Navigator simiilar.

What I would advise is to take one of those over door shoe hanger things with clear pockets for inside bathroom door.
Invaluable
Can have things like bottles to hand and secure and easily visable. Wouldn't cruise without one of those now

Great. Need to rethink our packing - we often stay in a few hotel rooms, but this will be….7 in 15 nights!

You really don’t need to be dressed up on formal nights. We’ve done four RCI cruises and I rarely wear anything other than trousers (black skinny cropped jeans often) and a dressy-ish top with flat sparkly sandals. OH wears trousers from next with a polo shirt. Some people go all out with full ball gowns and tuxedos but we never feel out of place in the MDR.

You’re looking a $8 to $13 per drink (cocktails are $13).

Cases are easily stowed under the bed.

Not sure about internet but what I would say is buy whatever package you’re looking for then keep a close eye on the cruise planner. If there’s a sale then you can cancel and rebook at the cheaper price .

I love Navigator, been on her 3 times, each time fantastic. Plenty of room in cabins for luggage, we put ours under the bed, they fit easily enough. She's going into dry dock next year, but not coming back to UK aside love to sail on her again. Sure you will have a fantastic time!

I think you are right, we have a canaries cruise booked next year and I seem to remember we have money to spend before we board, so I assume it’s for shore excursions, maybe specialty (paid for) dining.
