Trader Joe's
Has anybody been to this store (supermarket) at Dr Phillips or any Trader Joe's? Looks a bit different from the run of the mill food shop and they seem to have good vegan range for self catering.

They are abit like Wholefoods but not so expensive. Definitely recommended for healthier and vegan foods. Dr Philip's has an especially good Publix and a Wholefoods too.

Love Trader Joe’s!
We use the one down in Naples and stock up on various goodies to both use in the villa and (some non perishables) to bring home. Orange chicken, salted caramel hot chocolate, hummus & salsas, burritos and other unique food items. Their wines are also really good. There are some good Trader Joe hauls on YouTube. |

I shop at Wholefoods, my middle son at Trader Joe's. We debate which is better.

Trader Joe's has a good variety of fresh food and also stocks a good range of other foodstuffs too. Nowhere near as big as a Wallmart or Publix. Probably not much different in size to an ALDI store in the UK. They are not as plentiful as other stores. We use the one on the Tamiami Trail in Sarasota. My favs that I can never find in the UK are their roasted salted sunflower hearts. Much better than peanuts.
