Thumbs up 5 do Florida for the 1st time - October 2018**Complete**

So after 18 months of planning and saving we are back from our first family holiday as a 5. After returning a few days ago I am picking myself up from the post holiday blues and making a start on documenting our trip. This may take me some time. My notes are few and far between, my photos are middling to poor at the best of times but I cannot miss the opportunity to make a permanent record of our trip.

Our plans were adapted as we went along. The kids were great with a few melt downs thrown in to keep things interesting.

I will not re-introduce the cast as I did this in my pre trip report which you can find below. I have spent more time on The Dibb than most over the last year and have read countless trip reports. My effort will follow below.

Pre-trip report

Day 8 - 19/10/18 Animal Kingdom, FOP, Move to Highlands Reserve and disaster strikes
Day 9 - 20/10/18 - A much needed rest day
Day 10 - 21/10/18 - IHOP, shopping and Longhorn Steak House
Day 11 - 22/10/18 Universal Studios, Hard Rock Café and Hard Rock Hotel
Day 12 - 23/10/18 - Islands Of Adventure
Day 13 - 24/10/18 - Cracker Barrel and HHN RIP Tour
Day 14 - 25/10/2018 - Disney Springs, Buffalo Wild Wings and MNSSHP
Day 15 - 26/10/18 - Move to Sunset Lakes, Epcot and Outback Steakhouse
Day 16 - 27/10/18 - Seaworld

Day 18 - 29/10/18 - clumsiness, beach, Little Toots, Jet Ski Tour
Day 19 - 30/10/18 - Ihop, Pool Day, Beachcomber Restaurant
Day 20 - 31/10/18 - Pool, St Petes Beach, Twin Peaks
Day 21 - 01/11/18 - Longhorns and Animal Kingdom
Day 22 - 02/11/18 - Texas Road House, MK and Dessert Party
Day 23 - 03/11/18 - Fly home from Ft Lauderdale, highs, lows and future plans
