The Vineland Premium outlet is closer to Disney and I expect the Walmart on Vineland Road May be the closest. It’s a few miles down the road from the Premium Outlet.

I like the Vineland one but sadly it’s lacking a Yankee candle shop

I-Drive Premium outlets has Bath and Bodyworks, and their Disney outlet store is quieter than the Vineland one too - oh and it has Victorias Secret outlet too, Vineland doesn't.
