Predictions for DVC member's meeting tomorrow

Mine are they will give more details of SSR refurb and hopefully show some artwork of the new rooms. Really hoping for that.

Will reveal more Riviera details such as restaurants and what rooms look like, plus the special mini studios. Maybe pricing?

Will talk a bit about new Nature DVC (Reflections or whatever daft name they gave it).

Maybe new benefits for direct buyers who hold high amounts of direct points (based on report on here of a silver DVC member card ).

Just guesses of course.

I have heard a rumour that they are not charging Annual Dues to all UK Owners with more than 1000 Points and support Brexit.

Unfortunately Tom I miss out on the 1000 qualification!

Last year someone live streamed it on one of the Facebook sites and it was left on as a recorded video. I watched the whole thing, they are great at blowing smoke up their you know whats! Was some interesting info came out though.

So Dues will increase for 3 years due to the Wage increase. The Biggest increase was this period but two more to come. OUCH!

SSR to get a new pull-down Sofabed.

The wage increases are really worrying- they have to get a grip on these dues, it is going to make it untenable if raises are circa 30%.

What are 'enhanced housekeeping standards' we are also paying extra for- I bet this is the security check no one wants- excuse to come in to emty trash daily.

Soap dispensers coming for all DVC- this in my view a good thing, cheaper and less plastic waste.

First and only view of a revamped Saratoga room 'subject to change' but showing the sofa bed in situ. Like the design behind it. Rooms look like they will be very nice. Saratoga with this bed and very nice rooms will be ever more popular:
