Apparently the South East are the only part of the country not under a severe weather warning, even so its grey, wet and miserable here.
My works do tonight too 🙄.

Driving up from S.Wales to Notts at 8.30 this morning it was like a tsunami around Newport and up to Monmouth.
Even with an X Drive I could feel the wheels twitching and the wipers couldn’t cope well

Conditions aren’t good.

Me too, going on big night out, and it’s absolutely freezing outside! Might have to put thermals under my frock!

Up here in Scotland the wind is so strong it has blown over my dustbins and they were nearly full with pretty heavy items. No snow at the moment but it's absolutely freezing cold

It’s been wet and freezing all day here and we’ve had to have lights on all day forecasted sleet and snow as yet not arrived

just come home from Cribbs Causeway near Bristol up the M5 - conditions were atrocious, as was the driving in general!

Shopping conditions in the Mall however were just about perfect - got there for 9, 3rd person through the door, really pleasant quiet morning, crowds building towards lunch, but just the usual Saturday level - remembering the scrums of years past it looks like the internet is well and truly winning this year!

It’s wild up here in Orkney. Our ferries are all cancelled and our wee plane didn’t come with the mail today. Mum and dad are up visiting and were due to leave today, now here until Monday, maybe later, as could only get standby on the ferry. Still not liking the winds up here 11 years on Not had the worst yet either !

Our lights have been on all day too, hearings on so it is quite cosy in here, but I took youngest to swimming and gymnastics this morning and it was baltic... Its raining here, my phone says its snowing but it definately isn't lol but its very cold, I should've been going out tonight glad I'm not now and it's been out off until next week, knowing my luck though next weekend could be worse lol
