Yes my OH has two passports, I would rather be safe than sorry. Yes you maybe onto something, he will know more tomorrow. In the mean time I just need to hope and pray 🙈

Really sorry to read about this - I can only imagine how stressful it must be. However, I'm confused about how a second passport would help though as question 9 of the eligibility questions asks:
Have you traveled to, or been present in Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia or Yemen on or after March 1, 2011?
So surely he'd have to answer yes which would result in the ESTA being denied anyway?

Our ESta was done over a month ago, this is a new job which he only started two days ago. It wasn’t until in conversation he spoke with a colleague about our Disney trip his colleague said that he would have trouble now that he has an Iraq stamp.

So is the ESTA for the passport he'll be using to travel to the US, and he's travelled to Iraq on the other one, or is the ESTA for the Iraq stamped passport?

Oh dear. So he can't even apply for an ESTA on the second one now either It's a pity he didn't use the passport without the ESTA.
