From what I've heard it's been pretty cold there some days, I'm hoping it's going to warm up by next month when I'm there.

We were there the same time as Mickeyhouse. (We did 26th - 10th dec)

27th - 29th. Freezing at night, we bought more layers, I was so so cold. During the day on the 27th it got really warm in the sun but as soon as you were in the shade/the sun went down you knew about it.

30th - lovely and warm!
1st - 27 and cloudy - got sunnier and was an alright temp in the evening. We went to Volcano Bay that day. Water in the rivers and on the slides was fine. In the wave pool - too cold.
2nd - August arrived. 32, sweltering, humid typical Florida summer weather! We went for a swim at the hotel that afternoon. Stayed in MK until gone midnight as this was the night we went for the Christmas party - still pretty warm and humid. I think even in the wheelchair I had a very light cardi on. Simon was in a t shirt.

The rest of it, mostly dresses and shorts and t shirts with a jumper in the bag because in the shade or when the sun went down it did get quite chill. But in the sun it was boiling.

You should have arranged to take me and Mrs MH to an expensive restaurant to compensate for the not so warm weather. In December last year I was scrapping ice of the hire car's windscreen at Highlands reserve so at least it wasn't that bad this year.

Batten down the hatches for tomorrow.

We’re thinking it will be the first time in 8 years we have abandoned our plans to go to a park, I don’t mind rain but 50mm puts me off!

It's been a horrendous day..never seen so much rain and storms. We had the tornado alert on our phones this morning so decided to spend the day on stormwatch from our balcony looking over Seaworld..the thunder and lightning were something else.

We stayed in this morning, finally ventured out this aft to Florida Mall to get some Xmas bits for DD.
DH and DD made it into our villa pool this eve whilst DMIL went in the hot tub. Hoping it brightens up tomorrow.

We spent the morning in the villa and braved Walmart this afternoon, here’s hoping for a better day tomorrow as we’ve got MK fast passes.

Hope everyone is having a lovely time despite the weather.

We stayed in until 1 then hit the premium outlets on Vineland. Had a guick bite at wild wings then back to the villa. The forced rest day was good.

Legoland tomorrow.
