New Dining at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

When the reimagining of Old Port Royale is complete, the former Shutters table service restaurant will open in an all new location as Sebastian's Bistro.

Located along the Old Port Royale waterfront, Sebastian's Bistro will feature beautiful views, warm island hospitality and a menu that blends Latin and Caribbean flavors from market fresh ingredients.

Looks amazing and I’m sure it will be, but I think the big question for everyone concerning CBR is when?

I second this. We are staying at CBR from 3 November and are really hoping OPR is complete or at least open by then!

The last official post we had from Disney stated that OPR and the restaurant would open in "Fall 2018".

Mind you, that post also said the new restaurant would be called Shutters, like the old restaurant. So I'm not sure I'd trust that Fall 2018 date either.

Hmm, I wonder if lobster will be on the menu.

What a great idea. I loved CBR but DH preferred AKL.

I have come across a rumour (do not know the source have just read this a few times around the internet) that the OPR area may open on 1st October.

This will coincide with CBR's 30th anniversary
