Hi Thanks for posting

Hi
we are there at the same time as you, 14 nights staying at Coronado Springs, very excited! I've been trying to do an itinerary and sort ADRs for about a month but keep changing my mind. I find it hard to plan and decide where we will be on each day and for meals as we have two kids (7 & 2). I like your idea of sticking to mornings one week and afternoons the other. What is the reasoning behind this? How busy do you expect it to be? I have found conflicting info on crowd calendars.
I hope you don't mind me asking I'm finding it very overwhelming.
Thanks in advance Emma

Note:
CPS means Chill, Pool (Resort) or Shop
FP are those I'm wanting/hoping to get
I'm from Yorkshire so it's 'tea' not dinner
A few things are repeated as my ADR day isn't for another week or so and we may scrap some of the 'repeats' apart from MK if we get what we are wanting in the first 11 days

I've worked on the basis of:
Week 1 - see all parks in the morning
Week 2 - see all parks in the afternoon plus night time shows
Week 3 - whatever we feel like after week 1 & 2
Water Parks - No weekends, I've picked Mondays and Tuesdays

Hi
we are there at the same time as you, 14 nights staying at Coronado Springs, very excited!

We were up very early most mornings on our last visit in 2016 and from that I know we tended to tire earlier (DS was 10 at the time) and for us it was around 4/5pm in the first 4 or 5 days. Trying to do 10+ hours in the parks didn't work at all for us, but at the time I thought we wouldn't be going again for a while!. However in the 2nd week I had still planned quite a few early starts but by then we wanted sleep in's and some chilled pool mornings, but were really up for the shows and late nights by then so I realised it was a bit 'the wrong way around' for us.

How busy do you expect it to be? I have found conflicting info on crowd calendars.

I've spoken to my sister, friends and someone who lives out there (there are also a few on here) and most of them are saying it's not quiet, but not overwhelmingly busy either (I once went Christmas Day to MK - now that was busy!) My sister has done Easter last 2 years and will be again in 2019 and she said it wasn't bad and they did just about everything in the 14 days they were there (I also saw it wasn't horrendous from all of her photos too) - it is a little bit bit of the unknown, but I've chosen Easter as we didn't cope too well with the July & August heat plus the busy parks in 2016 - crowds or heat we can cope with but not both!

I hope you don't mind me asking I'm finding it very overwhelming.
Thanks in advance Emma

Not at all, if I can help you at all I will - start by planning how many times you want to visit each park - taking into account where you might want to eat/rides you want to do etc. and if you have a rough itinerary then you could post it on here - there are lots of people on here that are fantastic at helping you make it even better!

We will be out there Easter 2019 too

3rd - 17th April (so we arrive home just before the Easter weekend rush)

we were also out there Easter time this year 4th -18th April so just after Easter weekend. and if I'm honest I didn't find it too busy at all.

sooooooo excited
