Thanks for all the replies, having never been on a cruise - I really do feel like a newbie!

So, , if we bought the drinks package (probably the non-alcoholic one for me) but DH does like a drink with his dinner, does it include Starbucks or do you have to pay for those separately? Do you have a wristband or something to show that you have paid for the drinks packages?

Starbucks was not included in the package on Harmony of the Seas but I think it is on some of the RC ships. On the Harmony the promenade cafe served Seattle’s Best coffee and was just as good as a Starbucks and had lots of different speciality coffees and frappes. The drinks package was loaded on to our seapass cards. We paid to have the wristbands. They weren’t expensive, less than $10 each. Meant we could use the band for purchases, room entry, drinks etc just like a magic band. You can reuse them if you cruise RC again. If you want different drinks packages you will need to call and explain one of you does not drink alcohol as they are hot on people sharing drinks packages.

That is really helpful, thank you. Our DSs will also have to have the soft drinks packages as they are not 21. I think we will also get the bands as the Magic Bands are so useful at Disney.
