Private messages

I can’t seem to send private messages. I have sent two messages yesterday but they are not in my sent messages box. I had this problem last year and could only send messages using reply once someone sent me a message. What am I doing wrong? I am a pass holder and have plenty space left in my messages.

Hi,
I have just tested your account and everything is working ok.
I would try clearing your web browser's cache/temp internet files, or try a different bowser.

It could be that the user you are trying to send a PM to has their PM's disabled.

Will give that a go although I had cleared my files yesterday maybe it is my browser using safari. Trying to message Shirley who is running the secret Santa again. Thanks.
