This does sound good. If we opt to fly back to Newcastle we will have a 6 hour layover so we will need somewhere to wait. I just wonder if it’s comfy seating as we’ll probably want to sleep.

The seating is comfortable but I wouldn’t say it’s much good for sleeping. With most lounges you can only access them 3 hours befor the departure of your flight too, so take that in to consideration. We had an 8 hour layover between arriving in Gatwick and getting back to Jersey, even for 3 hours it was worth it.

If you want to sleep I think the hotels still offer day rooms...I could be wrong though.
