Eurostar ticket error

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem before. We’ve booked a trip to Disneyland Paris over the Christmas period and we booked our Eurostar tickets though Disney as well. It got to the 25 days before our trip and we got a email from Disney with our booking reference for our Eurostar tickets, went to the Eurostar website to print our tickets off but all we get is a error (the details we enter are incorrect, the error was aftersales-610). We contacted Disney Paris they said Eurostar were having some problems maybe leave it a day or so, which we’ve done that didn’t solve it. Contacted Eurostar, they could see the error as well but didn’t have a fix . All eurostar could offer was when we are down in London get the tickets then. The thing is I’m a little concerned if we get down to London on the day we travel if there is a massive problem (our details are wrong or something silly like that), we may get delayed or may not be able to travel.

Has anyone had this sort of problem?
Are Eurostar helpful down in London to solve it, or get a little difficult because your not there direct customer in a way.

Any helpful tips would be appreciated.

I've always found eurostar customer service to be very good, so it might be worth dropping them another email asking them to confirm that there will be no issue with you arriving and sorting out the ticket issue then - that way you can print this out and take it with you as back-up.

Have had exactly the same problem
And as we had 2 rooms Disney had 2 bookings and hadn’t linked them for travel
Spoke to a lovely lady on chat at eurostar and she booked our seats all together and gave us the details - so at least I know where we are sitting
Options are to collect tickets on day
Or contact Disney and ask them to Send them
Wish I had just booked with eurostar direct for travel

Arrived today
Wouldn’t recognise number at machine which I expected
Go straight to the customer service desk
No problem getting them printed
Massive queues due to gatwick issues but really well organised and everything went really smooth

I've been getting the same error message today. Will give them a call tomorrow. Glad to hear there were no problems.

Thanks for he heads up plutofan1, saw this post before we went. Like you say had no problems at all, got the feeling at the Eurostar desk it was a common problem. Mind you never seen Eurostar so busy it was crazy. Kadypants if your going to call anyone give Eurostar a bell, when I called they were very friendly but you shouldn’t have any problems at all.

Crazy busy queues and people on Christmas Day
Cold but at least had stopped drizzling by Christmas Eve

Everyone enjoyed themselves which is always good
Great new show in studios and nice to see different parade and shows in main park.
