Transfer from Cape Liberty Port to Manhattan

We are going to NY next year and flying in and staying at an airport hotel that arranges transport to Cape Liberty so that bit is sorted. My concern is when the ship docks back after the cruise and getting to our hotel in Manhattan - Broadway Plaza Hotel. There are 4 of us (all adults) and will all have a suitcase and hand luggage. What transfer would you recommend? Would prefer to pay and book here before we go so that we know everything is sorted. However, also happy to arrange for a uber if works out better.

Does anyone have any idea of costs? If we choose a Uber, will it include tolls etc and what happens if we get caught in morning traffic ... will it cost more? We haven't used Uber before so not sure how it works etc.

We booked ours online, before going, with HOPPA and it was fantastic service, and good price. They often have discounts etc so worth checking.

We got good communications from them, and a lovely driver. Enjoy your cruise!

You don’t say what airport hotel u are staying at but we are staying at Best Western Newark airport who have shuttles to the port and back to airport or hotel after the cruise. When we return we can get another shuttle from hotel to Penn Station New Jersey/Newark which has trains running straight into Manhattan takes 15 mins, we are staying at the Hilton at Penn Station for that reason we can just catch train into Manhattan from there every day.

Thanks for the responses 👍We’re staying at the Spring Suites who can arrange a shuttle for us to the cruise port and then going into the Broadway Plaza after the cruise ... maybe I should look into the train station option ...
