I looked and looked at EVERY community going and struggled to find the right combination of location, onsite amenities, high standard of accommodation and of course, cost.
In the end I decided being closest to Disney was our priority so decided on Windsor hills. The on-site amenities were perfect for those rare down times, the kids are already excited about the water slides! I then saw they have townhouses which were a good option for us as feel a large villa would be wasted on us. We went for PerksP 3 bed 3 bathroom one with a splash pool. The cost was the clincher. |

We stay at Indian Ridge Oaks and we’ve also stayed at Indian Ridge... both are just up the road from Windsor Hills. Indian Ridge Oaks has a small play area. I would say any villa community near Formosa Gardens is brilliant... all close to the shops and restaurants on the 192. 10-15 minute drive to WDW and about half an hour to universal. Not too many have a shop on site, but if you do a shop at Publix or Walmart you wouldn’t need one.
