Do Disney withold any Fastpasses for the 30 days guests?

Click on Florida Park Hours in the menu, enter your dates and click Add Notification

not sure how they could as my 30 days would always be someone elses 60 days?

If they did they would release only 30 days before the actual day and so would never be someones 60days.
As to the question do they hold some back. I'm not sure anyone can answer that apart from Disney. The view of most people is they don't, but then we do see people who say they got FPs a week before on the day.
We do know if they change park hours more generally come up.

i see what you mean but would that not then be denying 60 day FP possibilities for onsite guests who have paid for the advantage of 60 days ?

as you say only disney could answer this but I suspect and ime they dont hold any bakc for 30 days

Im not sure if this is still happening but for a while at least Disney were releasing extra FP for FOP on the day and the magic time was 10:38am. It used to be mentioned quite frequently on here so i'm not sure if its still a thing but it definitely worked in the past

This is an excellent point - I managed to get a seven dwarves mine train fastpass when they changed the park hours! When it seemed like there was no chance otherwise!
