The river area looks great. I like all the art along the wall. I think your walk to the park was definitely worth while.

It was probably something that if you're only in the city for a short 3 day break you wouldn't bother with, but as we had more days it was lovely walking along the river. Plus we did well to time our pitstops for when there was a bit of drizzle so we didn't get wet at all.

So, you're going on a bear hunt!

We did the elephant one around London a few years back. I love that sort of thing.

You really earned your dinner again tonight. Well done!

Do you know what I wish I'd quoted that while we were away too! Ha ha, we did go on a bear hunt! I think it appeals to the 'collector' in me who likes to get a full set of whatever it is that I'm into at that time.

I'm so glad you got on well with my food recommendations. I was a bit worried as I remembered from your trippies that Max can be selective about what he eats. Good news that he manged to find things he liked in all the places that you visited.
That flatbread looks epic. I know my BF would choose the meat fest that Dave had too!

The walk to the part was definitely worth it, so nice to be there pretty much alone and be able to take it all in. It makes for some good photos too! I think the 90 minute walk back may have killed me though, so you did very well!

The art along the wall is really cool. You've done so many different things on your trip, it makes me want to go back to Berlin and see more!

Max actually eats really well at home, but on holiday he likes to eat what he recognises...burgers, pizzas, hotdogs. He likes to avoid vegetables at all costs and we don't bother to argue with him as it's only a limited time while we're away, seriously at home he eats the same as the rest of us. He's just such a child at heart. Anyway, he found stuff he liked on the menus and so did we. It was nice to have recommendations, we wouldn't have bothered holding out for Pirates if you hadn't told us about it.

That park was amazing and I'm so glad we went there. But the walk back was stupid, really we should have got a taxi.

Happy New Year!
