The Germans do ice cream so well. We love the amazing Eis-Cafes where you can get 'spaghetti-eis' which is vanilla ice cream frizzed up to look like strands of spaghetti, with raspberry sauce.

Nice to have a relaxing day and glad to see you found an animal that wasn't a bear!

Spaghetti ice cream sounds delicious. The ice cream went down really well even though it was quite chilly out!

So nice that you seemed to have the Tiergarten mostly to yourselves. I must admit that the park that Kate and Max found looks pretty impressive, that's a big slide!

I loved wandering around Berlin at night, it feels very safe and there is still lots to see.

Ritz bear looks fabulous, I think he is my favourite you spotted so far, with "Do you like sausages" bear coming in a close second.

Yum, ice cream is a perfect way to end a day regardless of how cold it is, and cheesecake ice cream sound yummy.

It was lovely that they still wanted to play in the park like the little kids did. I had to look back to remind myself of the photos in the park. This is why I like doing trip reports, as I get to reminisce about it all

I agree Berlin felt really safe and we didn't mind wandering about at night.

The sausages bear was fabulous! I wish I had tried that cheesecake ice cream.
