BA Flight Changes

Hi

We booked flights to Billund, connecting in Heathrow with BA. I received an email this morning advising me our flight to Billund has changed by over two hours. That means two extra hours in Heathrow and then arriving in Billund at 9 (instead of 6.30) with two small kids

Very disappointed so far with BA. I contacted them by email (I didn't see any live chat) If I cancel the flight they will only give me 40eur back. There are two flights leaving here earlier, connecting in different UK (Manchester), but they won't let rebook either

I have a number to phone, but can't call on my mobile so will have to wait till I get home

Do far disappointed with BA. Usually fly Aer Lingus, Ryanair or SAS.

Where do your flights originate? It’s unusual for BA to refuse a rebooking or refund due to schedule changes, it’s one of their few remaining redeeming features.

We have always been offered a refund with BA for flight changes.

I agree. A few weeks ago BA changed our outgoing flight to Geneva next Saturday to 3 hours later. We didn't want to arrive too late so after a quick call we are now on the 12.45 flight instead, they also amended our car hire booking that's linked as we arrive 2 hours earlier than before. OP I would give them a call back and speak to another agent

This thread just reminded me that I got an email a couple of weeks ago, moving our flight from lgw to toronto to an hour later. I just called and they have moved my GLA-LGW leg to 3 hours later. That means not leaving the house at silly o'clock and 2 hours less at gatwick.
