Tea last night was chicken tikka made with the sauce I got free in Iceland with my slimming world meals.
It was quite nice and easy after a long busy day in work, I added peppers onions and mushrooms

Made a leftovers frittata yesterday too. Literally fridge leftovers which were brocolli, asparagus, red pepper, onion, mushrooms and gammon. Fried up in fry lite and chucked 6 beaten eggs on top of it with 20g of grated cheese.
You can see from the cooker timer, it took exactly 17 minutes from start to finish! Edited at 02:05 PM. |

Crustless quiche for lunch today. I had a tiny bit on a bed of spinach for lunch as I have had an upset tummy. It was delicious.

Hi Ladies, How's it going. I have been absent for quite a while and my weight has gone back up a bit. I lost 1 stone 1 lb before Florida last March but since the summer it has gradually crept back on again and I am just under the 1/2 stone loss.
Back on plan from last Wednesday although had a night out on Friday, I need to lose that stone again asap as I have entered the Virgin holidays competiton to see Ant and Dec in April We were in Magic Kingdom last year when they were there. Late up today so have just had this Nice to be back

Meals look lovely girls, I'm drooling in works canteen whilst munching on an apple lol. Quorn chilli and jacket spuds for tea tonight will try and remember to post pics.

some lovely looking meals as usual
1lb back off this week Have been pretty good this week though slightly indulged the last few days with a box of chocs and some cake for my birthday. roast style dinner - Lamb steak with veg & potatoes yesterday same again planned for today |
