Have contacted one company but not got a reply.

Have you used one? Been in contact with any?

You shouldn’t have to go to the courthouse when you get there, the chapel we’re getting married at sorted it all out for us and she said it’ll be ready and waiting for us for when we get there, so I presume that’s the same with other services?

I was really worried about this but if you do need to go to the courthouse, it is really easy. We just urbered there and back - we only had two full days before our wedding and managed in the first morning we stayed

Don't pay a company just contact the court, they will send you the forms. They are really helpful and will let you know when they post them back so you know when to expect them xx

If you do it through Brevard County, you don't have to go to the courthouse at all.

We contacted them in July 2016 to request a mail away marriage license. Our wedding day was in October 2016, 60 days before our day they began the process; they requested our passport numbers and then emailed the form and information to us. We filled it out, had it notarised, and mailed it to Brevard County along with the payment and photocopies of our passports. They mailed our marriage license to us here in Ireland, which I was delighted about because I wanted to have it with us, but I think you can have it sent to your wedding planner or Officiant if you prefer.

After our wedding our Officiant sent it to Brevard County Court, and we then received our signed and official marriage certificate via mail back in Ireland.

It was very simple and the county clerk was very helpful!

Edited to add: I just realised the original post was from March, but I'll leave my reply here anyway in case it helps anyone.

We did it by email and mailed it back once we'd had it notorised. They sent it directly to our officiant who will bring it with her on the day. Really easy process.
We also planned the whole wedding by email with the Disney wedding co-ordinator again super easy
