Awful story on BBC 1 Defenders programme about a lady who used a meet and greet service at Gatwick for her new BMW - it was a scam company. The programme checked out a company called Best Meet and Greet and their results weren't good - the company had been taking £30000 per month - the owner was prosecuted and given a jail term.

So please be as careful as you can be when checking out these companies to book for your trips. I would hate the same thing to happen to our members.

on the subject of hand luggage, I did see one family who had to go back to their hotel to get their hand luggage for twilight check-in. For some reason Virgin were putting labels on all hand luggage on all twilight check-in. Only seen this happen on one of our trips but I always take hand luggage with me just in case!
