160 Bay Lake and desperately need to add on. It was fine when needing a studio but we are soon to be a family of four so need more space. That’s my add on excuse anyway 😂
I think we paid $112 plus developer points pp in 2008, pre build. Might be wrong on the price, can’t remember exactly. We bought direct when on holiday there. Edited at 07:06 AM. |

Just 100 at Poly, bought direct last year. We need more
 Think we'll be looking for 200pt resale contract at SSR at some point and then use ~3 years' points at a time on each contract alternating between them. Should be good for 2 weeks in Poly lake view then a 1 bed 'somewhere' 18m apart - that'll do for us. |

150 points at GFV bought direct in 2014 at $145 ppt. 110 points at AKL bought resale in 2014 for $84 ppt and 240 points at SSR bought resale I. 2015 for $73 ppt.
Really want 110 at Copper Creek too - damn is this addictive 😂😂 |

I’ve just worked out we have had 37 nights in a 1 bed and 35 in a studio since we bought in 2006. 12 of those were a wonderful free upgrade from studio to one bed.

We purchased 162 AKV direct in 2014, don't remember the price but seeing another person posted purchasing direct for $145 in 2014 it was probably the same.
Don't suffer with addonitis lol as have decided the 162 suits us most times and on the odd occasion we didn't have enough for our needs would just pay cash with free ddp (if it was still offered) on those occasions.
