It’s not very often I read a book and then see the settings come to life in an adaptation EXACTLY how I imagined. Goose Cove, the town, everything is how I visualised it...weird.

I’ve watched the first two episodes and I’m enjoying it and yes McDreamy definitely makes it more enjoyable!😂

Finding it disappointing which is not unusual for a book I have read. Given I know the story well having read the book but also listened to the audible version in the car there is an awful lot of things to get in, in a short period of time. OH is also watching and has not read the book and does not know the story. She enjoying it more than me.

I often find that films are not as good as the book because they can’t fit all the detail in that the book contains. My DH would disagree because he hates reading! Then he wonders sometimes how I understand what’s going on better and I just laugh and tell him that it tells you in the book! 😁

I've just bought the book to read before I watch the series. I usually find I am disappointed if I try to watch something I have just read, but going to give it a try.

Oh I thought that was it. Did think that was a strange way to end it.

I have to say, me and the other half are enjoying, and some of my work colleagues. The whole town seem to be involved in something or other,
