Cruise flights confusion!

We are cruising next Sunday booked through IGLU. We are booked to fly BA Man-Heathrow-Miami. The Heathrow Miami flight is with American Airlines.
I booked seats on the outbound and inbound flights this morning paying extra on the return in order to get seats together.
I have now checked and the inbound MIA Heathrow is OK but our seats on the outbound flight have gone leaving us with no allocation and no seats free together!

Any experience with this? For the last 20 years I have booked everything myself, I have been reminded why!

We have also booked a cruise packagr with a travel agent and wish I'd done it myself. I had to tell her the flight times were too tight and to make it the following day. I've had to chase everything! Never again !

I agree with your sentiments about booking everything yourself - that’s what we usually do. However, Princess did us an amazing deal on flights to Florida in November and have been great in sorting new flights when the airline changed flight times which meant a long layover.

Well I eventually managed to book seats which is rather strange as AA don't recognise my booking under my name. I assume it's because Iglu made a block booking!

That's us all packed, flights checked in and seats allocated on both the BA and AA legs. Taxi booked for 4.00 am, it's going to be a long day!
Staying in the Courtyard Miami airport tomorrow evening and board the the Celebrity Equinox Monday.

Thanks, I've just seen Virgin flights at less than £300 each for late November. 🤔🤔🤔
