iPad BBC weather app problem - a bit worried

Yesterday I updated my iPad, no probs. This morning I open the BBC weather app which is showing the weather in Axim (Ghana) and there is no sign of my home town. Also I cannot delete Axim and there is a little black arrow next to it.

I am a bit worried. Has my iPad been hacked or whatever?

Jan. I use AcuWeather but to help you out I just downloaded the BBC App. It straight away popped up do I wish to allow my location acess so I ticked yes.
It immediately gave my suburb.

If I was you I would delete yours and reload it.

Thank you. I should have thought of that! It worked. I also have Accuweather after your recommendation a couple or so weeks ago. 😃
