Given you spent the majority of the day in the car I’m mightily impressed by everything else you got done.

I was panicking for you about being in the wrong lane but yay to missing all (some of) the traffic!

Ouch at dinner but your room looks beautiful xx

Nice to arrive at such a lovely hotel after a long journey in a perfect spot in SF. We found all the little add ons annoying. The peas in the pod is cute my DD has it she’s 24 lol.

We stayed in the Argonaut on our honeymoon back in 2007 and it looks just as nice as it was back then!

Although it was a long drive, it sounded easy. In and Out burger is great isn't it?

What a long drive but you made it in the end. I’m so looking forward to SF, your hotel looks gorgeous. We have booked Columbus Motor Inn which doesn’t look nearly as nice but has suite rooms which we need with 2 teens! Thank you for the tips on paying for the bridges and the extra taxes on food. Will factor that into the budget!

We are going in 2020 and am tight for days ( too many things to see, too few days ! ) so glad to see the drive can be done in one day,
looking forward to picking up more tips,

Nicky x
Thank you, it was a bit long to be fair. It was fine for the girls and I but I think Andy was a bit tired afterwards. Did your holiday get cancelled? Hope you are able to rebook if so. x

Your new hotel looks lovely and what a fab meal

Looking forward to reading more about your great trip
Yeah I know what you mean - you're exploring aren't you so it's kind of exciting.

Thank you
