Has anyone used the title company TRCS please? If so could you tell me your experience please? especially about paying deposit or balance. Thank you

Never heard of them but assume your agent referred onto them. If so, Buy and Sell DVC and Bee Thaxton seems to have a good reputation (I�m friends with owner Scott on Facebook) so should be OK. Have you done a google search etc on them? You can of course pick another given you are paying closing, but probably no need.

yes I did a google search and they seem to have some good reviews albeit a bit old but going to run with them I think. Unfortunately I can only pay $1000 deposit where FAT allowed up to $2000 but a minor issue.
